25 Feb 2017. This is the northern end of a reservoir for the local water company. It sits underneath an I95 overpass in Stonington, CT. On the far side you can water coming over the spillway between the upper portion of the reservoir and the lower portion. That's a good signal that we've had a reasonable amount of precipitation recently.
