CoCoRaHs Station: PA-CH-11. The effects of the drought were worse in July. We were lucky that in August the rains returned. If this picture had been taken 30 days earlier, it would have been a lot more brown. This photo is looking S at 39.91N and 75.70W. The photo was taken today, Sept 1, 2012.
